Your privacy is protected. Neither your contact information nor the Tag Owner’s information is shared. You may choose to share details during the conversation if needed to return the item.

• Call / Email Tag Owner routes through OwnerTags so your number/email stays private.
• When you click Call Tag Owner you can talk and message, and optionally turn on your camera. The owner will be automatically notified to join the call.
• Call / Email Tag Support helps if the owner doesn’t respond or you need assistance.
• Some Buttons may be disabled: the Tag Owner may not have all contact methods enabled.
• Time limit: buttons will disable after a period for safety. You can initiate a new conversation by tapping the Tag again.
